Brilliant, these guys are the best. Nothing is too much trouble for them, always get a tea or coffee. Never under any pressure to buy anything. Price is always right and service is spot on. Would recomend the shop to anyone x

One of the greatest stores I've ever experienced. Friendly and full of jokes in each member that works in the store. You can be having the worst day and they can liven up anyone's mood. We started our business with IntaSound and even now we always go there. Keep it up lads. You're Amazing!

This is an absolutely fantastic place full of great stock and amazing staff. It doesn't matter if you're just buying a plectrum or a full valve stack, these guys provide you with the same level of customer service and always make you feel at home...plus they have free coffee, why wouldn't you shop there?!

Definitely worth the extra drive! I am a lot closer to other music stores, but these guys always make me happy so I end up driving to Leicester. Literally, I walk in: cool dude approaches me without that intimidating/overwhelming/just-wanna-sell-u-stuff attitude; answers all of my questions (today it was about audio and keyboards), gives me fair options, and takes care of me. I went there to buy a starter guitar for my son aged 7 and i was blown away with the level of service i received. Even though i was spending £69 the lads couldn't do any more to help me out. I think it was down to the service and how nice the staff were, especially Chris, that made my son so eger to learn once he got home. I am very pleased to say that a year on he is now playing to a grade 3 standard and still loving. Thanks guys, keep up the good work.
