We accept payment on our website through the Paypal Checkout system. You can choose to make payment by most major credit cards.
We also offer finance which may enable you to split or defer the payment. Just select this payment option at the checkout, and you will be guided through the various finance options available to you at the time. A credit scoring check will need to be carried out and all credit is subject to status.
All products in stock will be sent within 2 working days. Currently, we offer online ordering and shipping to the UK only. Shipping rates may vary between areas and we do not offer on-line ordering to the Republic of Ireland, the Channel Islands and other International locations.
The shipping method we use is determined by the size & nature of the goods being purchased. Sometimes you will have the choice of different shipping methods. These will be offered to you at the checkout stage of ordering.
For most items, someone will need to be present at the delivery address to sign for the goods. For pianos and some larger items, we will contact you prior to delivery to arrange a convenient day. We are not able to be specific about the delivery time. Deliveries are made between 8.30am and 6pm Monday to Friday.
Out of stock items and back orders
When an item is not available for shipping within 2 days, we will contact you immediately to let you know, and ensure that it is shipped the next working day after it has arrived at our premises.

Tax Charges. 20% VAT is included in all prices where appropriate.
All brand new items carry a minimum of a full 12 month manufacturers return to base warranty. The warranty on second hand goods varies dependent on the product. The warranty period is stated on the product web page.
If at any time within this warranty period, the equipment fails, in the first instance call us on 0116 2545456 where one of our advisers will try and help you rectify the fault over the telephone.
If your item fails within 30 days of receipt, and is not due to misuse or other reason excluded from the normal warranty, we will exchange it for a new item.
After the 30 day period, we will arrange a suitable repair of the item.
All warranty returns must be authorised in advance by calling 0116 2545456. If we decide that your item needs to be returned to us, we will issue you with a returns authorisation number. This number must be displayed clearly on the outside of any returns sent to us.
You have the right to return goods purchased from this website within 7 days starting from the date of delivery. The goods being returned must be in 'as new' condition. Intasound reserves the right to make a charge for delivery costs incurred, and also the right to charge a minimum fee of 15% in cases where the goods are not returned to us in 'as new' condition.
'As new' means there are no traces that the packaging has been opened and all supplied contents are present and in perfect condition.
Please note that we do not accept returns of CD's, DVD's, Software or printed music, unless found to be faulty in which case a replacement product of the same title will be supplied.
Special Order Items & Deposits
If you wish to order a non-stock item, you will be required to pay a minimum 20% non-returnable deposit. The remaining balance is payable upon despatch of the item to you. Should you wish to cancel the order of a special order item for any reason before it arrives to you, your deposit will not be returned.
