The Martin 000-X2E Brazilian Burst Special is a stylish and versatile electro acoustic guitar from Martin’s popular X Series, combining classic 000 body proportions with modern playability and durable construction.
It features a solid spruce top finished in a vintage Brazilian Burst, paired with Brazilian rosewood-patterned HPL back and sides. This combination delivers a balanced, articulate acoustic tone while offering excellent resistance to changes in temperature and humidity. The comfortable 000-14 fret body shape and shorter 24.9" scale length make it particularly easy to play, whether you prefer fingerstyle, strumming or general accompaniment.
A PA Profile neck with High-Performance Taper provides a smooth, comfortable feel, while the 1 3/4" nut width offers plenty of room for accurate fretting and fingerstyle playing. Decorative details including faux mother-of-pearl diamond and square fingerboard inlays, an abalone-pattern rosette and Martin block headstock logo give this model a more premium appearance than a standard X Series guitar.
For live and recording use, the guitar is equipped with Martin E1 electronics, allowing it to be connected directly to an amplifier, PA system or audio interface. A Martin softshell case is also included, offering useful protection for transport and storage.
