The Emperor Swingster is a full hollow-body archtop designed to cover everything from jazz and blues through to rockabilly, country and rock. Its select spruce top and laminated maple body provide plenty of acoustic resonance, while a pair of Epiphone SwingBucker humbuckers offer warm, rounded tones with plenty of definition and bite when required.

Both tone controls feature push/pull series/parallel switching, considerably expanding the tonal range beyond a conventional twin-humbucker setup. A licensed Bigsby B30 vibrato, roller-equipped Tune-O-Matic bridge and Grover tuners complete the vintage-inspired specification.
