This Roland RD-2000 is a professional-grade stage piano that combines authentic grand-like feel with powerful modern performance features — ideal for live gigs, studio work, and anywhere you need high-end keyboard performance. It was Roland’s flagship stage piano and remains one of the most expressive and versatile instruments in the RD range.
Built with dual independent sound engines, the RD-2000 delivers rich acoustic piano tones alongside a world of electric pianos, organs, synths and orchestral sounds. You get Roland’s V-Piano modelling technology for deeply expressive acoustic piano responses, plus the SuperNATURAL engine for electric pianos and other instrument voices. There are over 1,100 onboard tones, and two expansion slots for adding more sounds from Roland’s library.
The PHA-50 keyboard action blends wood and molded materials with an escapement mechanism, giving you the feel of a real acoustic piano with excellent responsiveness and dynamic control. The intuitive panel includes nine sliders and eight assignable knobs with LED indicators, making sound tweaking on stage or in the studio fast and tactile.
This instrument also functions as a powerful controller for software instruments and DAWs via its USB audio/MIDI interface, and includes flexible audio outputs and pedal connections for complex performance setups.
