The Vic Firth PAD12 12" Single-Sided Practice Pad provides drummers with a realistic, responsive and low-volume way to practise away from the drum kit. Suitable for beginners, students and experienced players, it is ideal for developing stick control, rudiments, speed, accuracy, endurance and overall drumming technique.

Its soft natural-rubber playing surface delivers excellent rebound and a response designed to recreate the familiar feel of an acoustic drumhead. The surface absorbs stick impact and keeps playing volume under control, allowing longer practice sessions at home, backstage, in lessons or anywhere that playing a full drum kit would be impractical.

The full-size 12-inch diameter provides a generous playing area that feels comfortable and familiar. It can be placed on a table, desk, drum or directly on your lap, while its size also allows it to fit into most standard snare drum stands for a more conventional playing position.

A durable wooden base provides a strong and stable foundation capable of withstanding regular practice. The underside grip helps prevent the pad from moving during use, allowing the drummer to concentrate on technique without continually repositioning it.

Portable, durable and made in the USA, the Vic Firth PAD12 is an excellent everyday drum practice pad for quiet practice, warm-ups, lessons and technique development. Its realistic response and dependable construction make it a valuable practice accessory for drummers of every ability level.
